What is it? 1987 Volvo 760 Turbo, a midsize sedan that came with a turbocharged and intercooled 2.3 liter inline four cylinder engine. The 177 horsepower and 186 torques were sent through a 4 speed automatic to the rear wheels. Despite its many luxury options and superior !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , curb weight was only around 3000 pounds, about the same as a modern Ford Focus.

Pros: Reliable, Scandinavian, turbo, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , good visibility, quirky (unique, interesting, overengineered, weird)

Cons: Not very fast, frustrating automatic transmission, quirky (a lot of small things to go wrong, overengineered, parts availability and pricing)

Recommendation: 10/10 would hoon. 10/10 would daily drive. The key to this car is to not sweat the small stuff, because some luxury components will inevitably break. But if you maintain it, a Volvo 760 will be your loyal carriage !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Unless you smash it. But, even there, the Volvo scores a perfect 10.
